Local Malaysia Orders
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our fulfilment warehouse in Selangor, Malaysia (on very rare occasions from our other warehouse in HQ, for example COD's). Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-4 business days to process your orders (for standard shipping). After that, it will take 4-8 business days to reach your location, priority shipping will have 3-6 days to arrival and express delivery will take 1 business day to process in Malaysia and will reach in 2-4 days, and 10-20 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Overseas Orders
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Missing Orders
We will not be liable for any losses or broken products that were broken by the logistics company, we personally do not want this issue to occur as well. We do not handle the delivery ourselves and we hope that we come to an understanding on this matter. There will be no refund for this issue, if you wish for us to send you a new one there will be 50% off from the missing product as compensation as you will need to make a new purchase.
